Standard shipping to all UK locations is Free!

Free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail. Order dispatch will be on the same day as ordering Monday – Friday 9-1pm. Any order outside this time will be sent on the following working day.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch. If you leave your email address at checkout we will email you dispatch / tracking information. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your junk folder.

We offer a tracked option too for those who want their orders sooner. This will ensure delivery is 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping rates and delivery times to anywhere outside of the UK may differ. Check options at checkout or contact us for details.

Affiliate branded products

Some products available on our website are from our affiliate brands. These products have been chosen by us because we think our customers will like them and complement the products we already sell.

When ordering these products, please note that they will be fulfilled by our affiliate brand partners meaning delivery times may vary. Some orders may arrive in different packages too depending on the contents of your order. Please see the product description page for more information on expected delivery times of each product.

Returns Policy

At Aroma Energy we hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes. For that reason, we have a no quibble approach to refunding your order should you change your mind or not be satisfied with the product, so long as:

You return it within 30 working days of receiving your order, having notified us of its return, it has not been used or damaged, and the items are kept in their original packaging.

We advise all our aromatherapy customers to purchase the smaller 10ml size bottles before buying anything in larger sizes (wholesale 500ml or 1L etc).

We regret we are unable to meet the costs of returning an item, unless it is faulty or damaged on arrival or not as ordered or described. The return postage is therefore at your own expense. We strongly recommend obtaining a free proof of posting slip from the post office which will help recover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged in transit.

To make a return, simply contact our team at, and provide your name and the order number you’d like to return.

Once we receive the returned order, our team will issue a refund to the original purchase payment method within 10-14 working days.
