Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders over £20 will be sent with Tracked 24 shipping for FREE. Otherwise, standard shipping to all UK locations is £2.99. If you leave your email address at checkout, we will email you dispatch / tracking information. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your junk folder.
Orders are dispatched on the same day as ordering if placed Monday – Friday no later than 1pm. Any orders placed outside of this time will be sent on the following working day.
Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery once the order is dispatched. Fixed shipping cost of £2.99.
Tracked 24 Delivery: Please allow 1 – 2 working days once the order is dispatched. Free shipping for all orders over £20. Otherwise £3.99.
International: Currently we do not ship orders outside of the UK. If you are overseas and want to place an order, we can suitability package the order for you but you will need to arrange collection from our warehouse and the delivery to yourself. This is due to ongoing issues post-Brexit at borders and customs. Successful delivery and transit of the order will be your responsibility.
At Aroma Energy we hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes. For that reason, we have a no quibble approach to refunding your order should you change your mind or not be satisfied with the product, so long as:
You return it within 30 days of receiving your order, having notified us of its return, it has not been used or damaged, and the items are kept in their original packaging.
We strongly advise all our aromatherapy customers to purchase the smaller 10ml size bottles before buying oils in larger sizes (wholesale 500ml or 1L etc).
We are unable to meet the costs of returning item(s), unless the order is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival. For all other reasons, the return postage is at your own expense. For returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked option or at least obtaining a free proof of posting slip from the post office which can help recover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged in transit.
To make a return, simply contact our team at email@example.com, and provide your name and the order number you’d like to return.
Once we receive the returned order, our team will issue a refund to the original purchase payment method within 10 working days.

If you are unhappy with your order, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Products must be unused and in their original condition/packaging. If oils have been used, we are unable to offer a refund. Please make sure you are happy with the scent of the oil before using them. Please note we are unable to cover the return cost for unwanted items.
