Aroma Ads Control System – Privacy Policy

Aroma Ads Control System is a private tool used by Aroma Energy Ltd (company number 07951286), which trades as Aroma Energy and Perfect Patches. Only Aroma Energy Ltd and people working on its behalf use it, to manage and report on the company's own advertising, product listings and website performance. It is not offered to the public.

Google data the tool accesses

When an authorised Aroma Energy Ltd user signs in with Google and grants permission, the tool can access:

  • Google Ads: account settings, campaigns, budgets, keywords and performance data
  • Google Merchant Center: account settings and product information
  • Google Analytics: property settings and website reports
  • Google Search Console: search performance and site status
  • the signed-in user's email address, to confirm which account granted access

How the data is used

Only to run Aroma Energy Ltd's own marketing: performance reports, checks on tracking and product listings, and changes to the company's own campaigns and listings that the company has approved. The data is not sold, not used to advertise to the people who sign in, and not used to build profiles of individuals.

Storage and security

Access keys are stored privately on computers controlled by Aroma Energy Ltd and are never published. Reports hold business summaries. Any detailed data is kept in private storage and deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared with third parties, except service providers (including AI assistants) that process it on Aroma Energy Ltd's instructions, under confidentiality and solely to operate this tool, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can withdraw the tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Aroma Ads Control System's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
